Amazon.com did some fancy math to figure out which American city bought the most copies per capita of Modern Warfare 2 to be delivered on the game's release date. They list here the top forty cities to "answer the Call of Duty on day one". The winner is Independence, Missouri (pictured). It's also, coincidentally, the city with the most jingoistic name.
