According to the New York Daily News, a cabbie was robbed by some folks he'd picked up from a Halloween party. Plus, they didn't even pay the fare. But the cops have them on camera.

A surveillance video shows two of the men - wearing colorful overalls and caps resembling Mario and Luigi - wrestling the cabbie while a third man dressed in a tuxedo appears to act as a lookout.

I can only imagine the shame involved when you're the victim of a crime like this. This sort of thing often goes unreported, so we don't have reliable figures on these sorts of crimes. I know someone who was mugged by a Teletubbie and I never told anyone about it, so I'd like to applaud the cab driver for coming forward.
