On the Friday Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, host Fallon explained why Burtal Legends designer Tim Schafer was a guest.We on our show, we want to treat videogames like movie openings because it is a huge thing.
I appreciate the sentiment, and I hope it applies as well for games that don't have a mainstream celebrity like Jack Black front and center.
During the short segment, Schafer mentions some great stuff about staring at album covers as a kid ultimately leading him to the world of Brutal Legend. He also agrees with Fallon that videogames are a bit like the early days of moviemaking.New genres are still being invented...it's like being in film when Charlie Chaplin was still around.
