Fan art winners for Muramasa fail to include molesting octopus

When I think of a fan art contest for a game -- particularly an anime-inspired game whose developer has a thing for tentacle rape -- I brace myself for the worst. But contrary to my expectations, the fan art contest for Muramasa: the Demon Blade produced some lovely pictures. You can see the five finalists and the winner on Facebook.

Jeff B. won for a relatively simple but atmospheric picture of the samurai chick strolling through what looks like a warrior's graveyard, looking rather sullen. He gets a thousand bucks and various bits of Muramasa swag. However, I can't understand how Joseph W. didn't take the prize for the above picture. What a great East meets West mash-up of anime and classical art!
