As everyone expected after the news was recently leaked by a Best Buy, Nintendo announced a $50 price drop for the price of Wii, from $249 to $199. The new price goes into effect this Sunday. So if you don't have a Nintendo Wii yet, hold off for a few more days and use the fifty bucks you saved to get a copy of House of the Dead: Overkill. Unless you're a kid, in which case, put the money in a saving's account until you're old enough to play M-rated games. At which point you should get a copy of House of the Dead: Overkill.

Actually, a lot of major retailers allow price adjustments if something goes on sale within one week of you purchasing it. I know for a fact that Target does this, so if you did buy it today you could just bring the receipt to customer service and have them credit back the $50. Or, just wait.

Thanks for the heads up, Tom. And HotD:O was fun, but way too short.
