The only sure-fire must-have this week -- that I know of -- is Halo 3: ODST, and that's only for the good half of the game (reviewed here, as opposed to the bad half of the game, reviewed here), and only for people with Xbox 360s. And even then, the $60 price tag is pretty steep and not likely to drop anytime soon. If there's one game that holds its value better than a Call of Duty, it's a Halo. So consider your wallet appropriately imperiled.
The rest of the week is a series of questions I can't answer yet. Is the new Korean MMO Aion (pictured) worth the grind? What about the new post-apocalyptic MMO Fallen Earth? Is there room next to Company of Heroes for another World War II themed RTS called Order of War? Is there any reason to get a higher-resolution version of Katamari Damacy made exclusively for the Playstation 3? Do you feel like tackling a new Persona JRPG on the PSP? Will the downloadable Zombie Apocalypse be able to hold its own next to other zombie killing games? These are the questions you and your wallet will have to answer this week.
