Up to now, every significant update to Team Fortress 2 has also been a love letter to one of the game's nine classes. Well, no more. Valve's upcoming update is dubbed The First Ever Classless Update. You can track the daily announcements starting here. So far, you get a couple of new maps, a new king of the hill mode, and a bunch more unlockable hats (pictured).

If you still don't have a hat from the first hat update, you're not alone. This fellow seems to have worked out the hat math. It's not encouraging. You might be better off investing in lottery tickets.
