In the above video, Capcom gets someone's little brother to demo an annoying escort mission in Dark Void, in which you have to escort a Tim and protect him from the Washers. The guy demoing the game is pretty taken with it.

See I just did a headshot on that guy in the sky. That's pretty much the most awesome thing in the world there.

I'm sure there will be an audience for Dark Void and its crazy z-axis, but I personally think the gameplay looks terrible. Bobbing around in the air; trying to aim headshots; juggling jetpack energy; fire coming from all sides; looking up, down, and around; ignoring the disconnect between prudent on-the-ground cover-based gunplay and flitting about like a hummingbird on methamphetamines. What a mess.
