Man, when I (pictured) screw up, I really screw up. An understandably angry employee of Future Publishing contacted me to let me know that my off-hand reference to his company advertising porno to kids was incorrect (he used slightly stronger language, but that was the gist of it). I had linked to a story about Imagine, a completely separate publishing company that includes ads for pornography in their gaming magazines.
I've corrected the story and I'd like to extend my sincere apologies to Future. That's the sort of off-hand comment you definitely don't want to make about the wrong party, and I regret that it went uncorrected for four days. Next time, I hope my confusion will be limited to something relatively innocuous like which company eats babies. Neither, as far as I know. But if I ever hear about such activities, I promise to be more careful when I note who's doing it.
