Quick, think of a complaint about Left 4 Dead 2, the New Orleans installment of Valve's co-op zombie killing game. Don't like the daytime setting? Upset about the pricing? Should it be an expansion instead of a sequel? Does it represent Valve abandoning Left 4 Dead 1? Is it too soon after Katrina or Left 4 Dead 1 (take your pick)?
Odds are your complaint is on the jeremiad that serves as a manifesto for a Steam group called L4D2boycott. They promise not to buy Left 4 Dead 2 unless Valve makes it an add-on to the original game. Seeing as how that's simply not going to happen, it'll be interesting to see how many of the 15,688 15,709 15,784 over 15,000 signatories end up buying Left 4 Dead 2 anyway. 90%? 95%? Higher? Because if there's one thing weaker than the default pistol against a mob of infected, it's a fan-staged Internet boycott.
