Eidos officially announced what everyone already knew. Namely, that its Montreal studio is working on another game (not pictured) in the series that started the stealth genre (a.k.a. first person sneakers, "reload if you're seen" games, or Splinter Cell clones).

To drive home the point that it's the latest in a long running series that's been moribund while Tomb Raiders were made, a numeral has been inserted into the name. Like so: Thi4f. You might think it looks slightly better in all caps, but you'd be wrong. Dig it: THI4F. If you don't believe me, have a look yourself. It still looks like a typo, or worse: someone's name in World of Warcraft: Thiaf, the gnome rogue who had to settle on the eighth name attempted by his player because everything else was already taken on the server.
