Your wallet is safe this week. Expect only minimal threat levels from releases like Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust, Guitar Hero: Metallica, and a Don King branded boxing game for the Wii and DS.

Gears of War 2 fans might be subject to a moderate threat when tomorrow's Snowblind Map Pack is available for download. The recently repaired Pitt add-on for Fallout 3 and South Central add-on for Midnight Club Los Angeles are finally up and running on the Xbox 360. And an action shooter called Burn, Zombie, Burn is available on for download for the Playstation 3.

But for the most part, this is how I remember spring when it comes to videogame release schedules: a great time to play the games I already have.
