While completing all the tasks and activities in Saints Row 2, I've been playing as the guaranteed nominee and presumptive winner of the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. I didn't start out this way, but Stillwater's affordable plastic surgeons make it easy to completely change your character for a nominal fee.
Creating the Joker was a matter of using neonsurfboard's numerical values for each of the sliders in the character builder, along with tips like these:Joker Make Up - Hooker Eye Shadow , Thick, Black. Smeared Lipstick, Matte, Medium Red
Joker Hair - Short Parted Right, Primary color 1st row, 4th column. secondary color, 4th row, 2nd column
(made his hair dirty blond at the base, to a yellow at the end. in the movie its more yellow then green. His skin is also the palest option.)On the official Saints Row 2 forum, the first post in this thread has links to the settings for other celebrities. And to think that Lucasarts is charging ten bucks so you can replay Force Unleashed as C-3PO, or Poon Fisto, or whoever.
Thanks Daniel Elliott.

Poon Fisto? I'm sure he teamed up with Alotta Fagina and Octopussy to create something truly special.

Looks to me more like Robert Smith from The Cure than the Joker ... that or a guy in my college dorm who was obsessed with The Crow. Wonder what happened to that guy.
