A friend of mine in Massachusetts stumbled upon the scene above while shopping this weekend. It's the Nintendo DS Spa. Drop in to play a DS game and get a back rub. Here's the menu:

You'll note that most of the services are neck and upper back, but shoppers willing to mess around with New Super Mario Bros. can get some lower back work done. If you play Mario Kart, the treatment is curiously unspecified (!).

I was going to try to make a humorous comment, but this guy pretty much trumped anything I could say.
