It's not clear whether it's going to be a random drawing or whether you're expected to do something clever with your picture, such as Photoshopping in a big ol' "Leeroy Jenkins!" dialogue bubble. To be on the safe side, you should probably cosplay; getting beat up will likely earn you sympathy points from the judges.
