A great way to get attention is to invent facts. It doesn't matter if the facts are wrong, because by the time people have figured that out, they're already looking at you. Objective achieved! For instance, Games Radar published a list of 101 "facts" about videogaming. Here's the second entry:02. Matt Damon refused to appear in the recent Bourne Conspiracy game because he thought it was too violent. Not fussed by the violence in the films then, eh, Matt?
This is not a fact, because it is false. It was invented by the developer's PR guy, passed along by MTV's gaming blog, gussied up by Kotaku, and has now entered the realm of "fact" courtesy of Games Radar.
With standards like that, I'm not sure I have the stomach for 99 more of Games Radar's "facts".

Last time I checked, 1 out of 101 was not 90%. With mathematical standards like that, I'm not sure I have the stomach for any more Fidgit "news".
