"The Ship", by Egils Mednis, won Best of Show at the Machinima Filmfest 2008, a festival for short films made from videogame technology. It was made from the Unreal Tournament engine. I have no idea what it means, but it's haunting and dream-like enough that I'm sure it means something cool. And Mednis has a wonderful eye for composition.
