Fable II doesn't believe in free condoms
From the manual for Fable II, under the "Love and Family" heading, there's a "Sex, Safe and Otherwise" section:Whether you're married or not, it is possible to have sex with many of the people you meet on your travels, for love or money. Prostitutes are relatively common in the seedier parts of Albion, and it is they who are most vocally discussing a fascinating new invention: the condom. Using this device is the only reliable way to avoid contracting the nasty sexually transmitted diseases that many people carry and, of course, to prevent pregnancy. Condoms are available for sale from certain merchants.
To have sex with a villager, use the Follow expression to lead them to a bed, then press A to put the bed to good use.
Speaking of Fable II, I just attended a funeral. I laughed until everyone got fed up and left.

Is there some kind of reason this game includes sex and condoms? Are you attempting to establish a dynasty, or is it just to satiate the pervs?

Come on. If it is in the game it's a gimmick that will sell the game. Think of all the Christian groups that will talk about, "How innappropiate games are becoming."
