A Honolulu bus driver was suspended after some busybody rider got cell phone footage of the dude playing a videogame. From the footage shown in the local news segment here, he seems to be playing a PSP, and he seems to be doing it while the bus isn't even in motion. Look how he just props his foot up on the dashboard. That's definitely a foot that isn't pressing a gas pedal.

But the real question we all have isn't answered: What was the game? Because this would be a much better story if it was Burnout for the PSP. If the guy was just taking strokes in Hot Shots Golf while the bus was at a stop light, who could blame him?

At any rate, it's such a non-story that the local station that did the segment had to tack on some stuff about a completely separate bus driver who got tanked up on rum and sideswiped a tree. But there was no footage of that, so the other driver's story was the lead.
