Close call today! It was hot today, so I was down to, well, my unmentionables while doing Wii Fit. I'd drawn the blinds, but the front door around the corner from my TV was open, with only the screen door closed. People only walk right into your house in sitcoms, right?
So there I was doing the agonizingly slow Wii Fit Step Aerobics Plodding Rhythm Game™ when I heard, "Hello?" coming through my front door, along with the sound of the screen door being pulled open. I didn't know this yet, but it was my buddy, arriving a little early with his girlfriend in tow, to show me the new car she'd just bought. I was nanoseconds away from what probably would have been one of the candidates for Top Ten Most Embarrassing Moments of My Life.
"Whoa, wait, I'm almost naked here!"
"Oh, okay," my friend said. I heard the screen door shut. I threw on some clothes and let them in. I was a little sweaty, mainly because it was so hot, but I also had to explain how I was doing, uh, step aerobics. I showed them Wii Fit on the TV. I explained about the Balance Board™. I told them it was "for work". I'm not sure they believed me.
At any rate, my workout for the day may not have been complete, but it was over.

STOP WITH THE WII WORK OUT ARTICLES!!!! The wii is a toy not a gaming machine.

Sorry, Mocoso, but these five pounds won't lose themselves!

More Wii Fit articles! I'm still thinking about picking it up, and I suddenly hate everyone named mocoso.

dude, it's not like you're judge rheinhold in a pirate suit--you're workin out, be proud. let them open the screen door--it's not like you asked them to.
unless it's "trevor". THere's usually a small grain of truth in any written fiction, even fight/game club.
I enjoy the wii fit updates, they validate my decision to get a ps2 instead. despite the fact that my ps2 (and GH guitars) rot in the basement, unused. It's okay for now (GTA4).
Does the wii fit ghost even have the courtesy to ask, "dou deshita ka" like the little old man on asahi tv used to do after the sunday night movie??

Please, don't mention it.
